Action Planning & Improvement

 

Following an audit, findings are presented clearly with recommended priorities for improvement.

 

Where required, Curitel can support managers to develop a structured action plan, identify priorities and timescales, evidence improvements and monitor progress.

 

Follow-up reviews can also be arranged to assess progress and help ensure improvements are embedded and sustained.
